Return & Exchange Policy

Unfortunately we can't offer returns but we want you to love what you ordered, so we're happy to offer exchanges within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, with tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

Custom Orders

Custom and personalized items (including orders with a custom phrase) are final sale - no returns and no exchanges. Please double-check your phrase before placing your order!

Damages & Issues

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at attitudeline.co@gmail.com so we can make it right.

How Exchanges Work

Contact us within 30 days → confirm eligibility → ship it back → we send your new item.

Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
